Do I need to pay to see if research is possible ? 

No you do not, the initial assessment is used to see if you have enough information to start research

What information do you need to get started ?

Any information that you have, no matter how little, is valuable information.  This includes but not limited to Full Names, Dates of Birth, Marriages, death, burial, baptisms, addresses, locations or any family stories that may or may not be true.  We can discuss in the consultation how much research and how far back you would like us to go.

How much information will you be able to discover ?

This depends on your ancestors,  Just as it is today some were not always forthcoming with information or were reluctant to give it, however in almost all cases Occupations, Addresses and Family Members can be discovered.

Does the root person (Where the research starts) have to be myself ?

No we can start the research from wherever you would like us to and can be anybody.

I wish to purchase a Package but think I have left it too late, what can I do ?

Even if we haven't enough time before the event you are purchasing for, we can give the recipient a taster of what we have currently found with a promise of more information to come.  Or if you purchase a gift certificate for a package the journey can start when they provide the starter information after the event.

Can I request updates ?

Of course updates can be requested at anytime, feel free to contact me once the research has begun.

What are the Timescales of completion of a Package ?

I estimate that the timescale for completion of a Package are as follows

• Basic Package - 1 to 2 weeks
• Standard Package - 2 to 4 weeks
• Premium Package - 4 to 8 weeks
• Platinum Package - 8 to 12 weeks
